Now that you have decided on which program your child is going to take, please read the information below, and then click on the Robot to the right to be taken to the registration page.
Online Invoicing, You will receive an invoice from Quick Books via the e-mail address you have provided. Once you have reviewed the invoice simply Click on the payment button and you can immediately pay using your credit card or you can mail a cheque (note that the email may not arrive for up to 24 hours or more) Once this invoice is paid it is your receipt and confirmation of your child in a program.
Pay-in-person, you will receive a confirmation email that your child is registered. You may then visit us during office hours or pay on the first day of your child's class with cash, visa, mastercard or cheque. Or simply deposit a cheque in the mail or our mailbox at any time. Cheques are payable to Pro-Bots Ottawa.
PLEASE NOTE: every registration form and payment is date stamped. When payment has been received your child is confirmed and will be on the class list. Placement is on a first-come-first-served basis.
Please let the office know if you have registered and then changed your mind. We will offer your spot to another child.
Program fees are not transferable to another season.
We do not provide make-up/drop-in classes or prorated fees.
Class availability and teamwork partners are done at our discretion. We cannot guarantee that a child will be grouped with his/her friend or sibling. (this is done primarily to encourage the attentiveness of the class)
Returned cheques will incur a $25 service charge plus additional bank fees.
Arrival to after school classes should be limited to less than 20 minutes as we are not prepared for unattended children, for their safety. For March Break and Summer Camp classes that start at 9:00 AM, we arrive around 8:15 AM and you may drop off your child at this time so you can get to work.
Parents/siblings are invited to observe the last 10 minutes of a class, to see their childs' robot and accomplishments.
Program prices and schedules are subject to change.
It is our intention that every class shall run when offered, and will do so to the best of our ability. Should registration be too low to effectively run a class you will be notified asap and any fee's paid, will be returned.
Refunds will be provided up to 3 weeks prior to the program start date, but are subject to a $50 administrative fee, $60 if paid by Paypal. Cancellations made within 3 weeks prior to the start date of the class are refunded at 50%. Cancellations after the start of a program are not refunded. We kindly ask that refunds are requested in writing or via e-mail. Our classes are kept to a minimum for your children's benefit. Please understand, that last minute cancellations, may mean someone has been turned away from a class that was full and now a child will miss an opportunity.
Registration forms are online and payment can be made through Paypal with any credit card, or in person with Visa, Mastercard, cheque or cash or a cheque can be mailed to Pro-Bots Ottawa, 101 - 2141 Thurston Drive, Ottawa, Ontario, K1G 6C9. Please make cheques payable to Pro-Bots Ottawa.
